CANCELLATION POLICY:

If cancellation occurs more than fifteen (15) days prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund of deposits and pre-payments, less $50.00 cancellation fee per person. If canceled within fourteen (14) days of arrival there is a $100.00 per person cancellation fee and certain hotel & package feature cancellation penalties may apply. Last minute cancellations  (less than14 days), or cancellation after dives have started and no shows are non-refundable. Courses: Once we have scheduled an instructor for pool or open water work and the course is not completed for any reason the course fees are nonrefundable.
